Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Did We not expand thy breast for thee 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 Which pressed heavily upon your back, 3 And We have exalted your remembrance for you. 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 Certainly, after every difficulty there comes relief. 6 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. 7 And strive to please thy Lord. 8
God the Almighty always says the truth.
