The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 That Day, it will report its news 4 for your Lord has so directed it. 5 On that day men will return towards their Lord, in different groups, in order to be shown their deeds. 6 Whosoever has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 and whosoever has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
