The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

By the snorting runners (the horses), 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 And push home the charge in the morning, 3 and blaze a trail of dust, 4 Then rush thereby upon an assembly: 5 Verily man is unto his Lord ungrateful. 6 And is himself witness to it, 7 and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving. 8 ۞ Does he not know that when that which is in the graves is overthrown, 9 and all that is in the hearts is made public, 10 surely on that day their Lord shall be aware of them! 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
