The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Woe to every slanderer and backbiter. 1 Who amasses wealth and hordes it. 2 thinking that his wealth will make him live forever! 3 No! He will surely be thrown into the Crusher. 4 What shall let you know what the Crusher is? 5 It is a fierce fire created by God 6 Which mounts directed at the hearts. 7 Indeed, Hellfire will be closed down upon them 8 In pillars stretched forth. 9

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
