And man saith: When I am dead, shall I forsooth be brought forth alive? 66 But does man not remember that We created him when he was nothing before? 67 By your Lord, We will surely muster them and the devils together. Then We will surely bring them all, on their knees, around Hell, 68 and thereupon We shall, indeed, draw forth from every group [of sinners] the ones that had been most determined in their disdainful rebellion against the Most Gracious: 69 Then, verily, We know best those who are most worthy of being burnt therein. 70 There is not one of you who shall not go down to it: such is a thing decreed, determined by your Lord. 71 Then We shall deliver those that feared Allah and leave the wrong-doers there on their knees. 72 When Our clear revelations are recited to those who deny the Truth they are wont to say to those who have faith: "Which of the two groups has a better status and whose assemblies are grander?" 73 And yet, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [people] who surpassed them in material power and in outward show! 74 Say, "Whoever is in error - let the Most Merciful extend for him an extension [in wealth and time] until, when they see that which they were promised - either punishment [in this world] or the Hour [of resurrection] - they will come to know who is worst in position and weaker in soldiers." 75 Allah increaseth in right guidance those who walk aright, and the good deeds which endure are better in thy Lord's sight for reward, and better for resort. 76 Have you seen he who disbelieves Our verses and yet says: 'I shall surely be given wealth and children' 77 Has he looked to the unseen, or has he made a pledge to the Merciful One? 78 Absolutely not, We will record his words and prolong his punishment. 79 And We shall inherit from him that whereof he spake, and he shall come to us alone. 80 They have taken other deities besides God, so that they may be a source of strength for them. 81 By no means! They shall soon deny their worshipping them, and they shall be adversaries to them. 82
