The tree of Zaqqum 43 shall be the food of the guilty sinners. 44 Like dregs of oil; it shall boil in (their) bellies, 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 [It will be commanded], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of the Hellfire, 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of scalding water." 48 "Taste thou (this)! Truly wast thou mighty, full of honour! 49 "Truly this is what ye used to doubt!" 50 Verily the God-fearing shall be in a secure place 51 amidst gardens and springs. 52 dressed in silks and brocade, set face to face. 53 So (it will be), and We shall marry them to Houris (female fair ones) with wide, lovely eyes. 54 They shall call therein for every fruit in security; 55 They will not taste death therein except the first death, and He will have protected them from the punishment of Hellfire 56 As bounty from your Lord. That is what is the great attainment. 57 And We have made it easy in thy language; they might haply be admonished. 58 So wait thou [for what the future will bring]: behold, they, too, are waiting. 59
