Al-A'alaa
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 who creates [every thing,] and thereupon forms it in accordance with what it is meant to be, 2 And Who makes (things) according to a measure, then guides (them to their goal), 3 and who brings forth herbage, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 By degrees shall We teach thee to declare (the Message), so thou shalt not forget, 6 except whatever God wills; He knows both what is manifest and what is hidden -- 7 We shall ease you to follow the way of Ease. 8 Remind, if the reminder can be of benefit. 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 But it will be avoided by those most unfortunate ones, 11 [He] who will [enter and] burn in the greatest Fire, 12 In which he will neither die nor live. 13 He is successful who groweth, 14 remember the name of the Lord, and pray to Him. 15 Nay! you prefer the life of this world, 16 Whereas the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Verily! This is in the former Scriptures, 18 the Scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
