Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

۞ Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? 1 and relieved you of your burden 2 Which had left you devoid of hope, 3 And We have upraised for thee thy renown. 4 Surely with hardship there is ease. 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 So, when you have finished (your prayer), labor (in supplication), 7 and turn to your Lord with longing. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
