Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
And heaven – We made it with Our Own Power and We have the Power to do so. 47 And the earth – We spread it out, and how well have We smoothed it! 48 And of everything We have created pairs, that you may remember (the Grace of Allah). 49 Hasten ye then (at once) to Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 50 And set not any other god along with Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from Him. 51 Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, "A magician or a madman." 52 Have they handed this down from one to another? No, rather, they are an insolent nation. 53 so ignore them, you are not to blame, 54 And remind; the Reminder profits the believers. 55 And I created the jinns and men, only for them to worship Me. 56 [But withal,] no sustenance do I ever demand of them, nor do I demand that they feed Me: 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 The evildoers shall have their portion, like the portion of their fellows; so let them not hasten Me! 59 Therefore woe to those who disbelieve because of their day which they are threatened with. 60

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
