۞ AND [there came a time when] We inspired Moses thus: "Go forth with My servants by night: for, behold, you will be pursued!" 52 So Firaun sent gatherers into the cities. 53 Verily these are but a band small. 54 they have enraged us, 55 And lo! we are a ready host. 56 So We removed them from gardens and springs 57 and treasures and a noble station; 58 Even so. And We gave them as a heritage to the children of Israel. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 and when the groups came face to face, the companions of Moses cried out: "We are overtaken!" 61 He said: By no means; surely my Lord is with me: He will show me a way out. 62 Then We revealed to Moses, (commanding him): "Strike the sea with your rod." Thereupon the sea split up, and then each became like the mass of a huge mount. 63 And We brought near thither the others. 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, all together. 65 and then We caused the others to drown. 66 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 67 And indeed your Lord – only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
