Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
O THOU human being! 1 Consider this Qur'an full of wisdom: 2 Verily thou art of the sent ones, 3 and that you follow the right path. 4 (This is) a Revelation sent down by the AllMighty, the Most Merciful, 5 so that you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, and so were heedless. 6 The word has been proved true against the greater part of them: they will not believe. 7 We have put yokes round their necks right up to their chins, so that they cannot bow their heads 8 And We shall raise a barrier in front of them and a barrier behind them, and cover them over so that they will not be able to see. 9 Whether you warn them or do not warn, it is all the same; they will not believe. 10 Thou only warnest him who follows the Remembrance and who fears the All-merciful in the Unseen; so give him the good tidings of forgiveness and a generous wage. 11 Verily We shall give life to the dead, and We record that which they send before and that which they leave behind, and of all things have We taken account in a clear Book (of evidence). 12
