Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Are you more difficult to create, or is the heaven that He constructed? 27 and raised its vault high and proportioned it; 28 and covered its night with darkness and brought forth from it its day; 29 And the earth, He expanded it after that. 30 and then brought from it its water and pastures. 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 For use and convenience to you and your cattle. 33 When the great calamity comes, 34 the human being will recall whatever he has done. 35 And Hellfire will be exposed for [all] those who see - 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 and prefers the life of this world, 38 that blazing fire will truly be the goal! 39 But as for him who feared the Station of his Lord and forbade the soul its caprice, 40 most surely his abode shall be Paradise. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 About what! You are one to remind of it. 43 [seeing that] with thy Sustainer alone rests the beginning and the end [of all knowledge] thereof? 44 You are but a Herald of Warning, for one who fears it. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
