Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Just look at him, who belies the religion! 1 That is the one who treats the orphan with harshness, 2 and feels no urge to feed the needy. 3 So woe unto those performers of Salat (prayers) (hypocrites), 4 who become confused during their prayers, 5 Who would be seen (at worship) 6 and, withal, deny all assistance [to their fellow-men]! 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: Charity (Al-Maa'oon). Sent down in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
