Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Beholdest thou him who belieth the Requital? 1 It is he who turns away the orphan 2 and never encourages the feeding of the destitute. 3 So woe to those that pray 4 who are heedless of their prayers (delaying them from their prescribed times), 5 Who do (good) to be seen, 6 and refuse charity. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
