And those who disbelieve say: "When we have become dust, we and our fathers, shall we really be brought forth (again)? 67 Indeed we and our fathers had been promised this before. It is nothing but the earlier people's lore." 68 Say: "Go ye through the earth and see what has been the end of those guilty (of sin)." 69 And grieve thou not over them nor be straitened because of that which they plot. 70 They also say: "Tell us when this threat will come to pass, if you are truthful." 71 Say: "The chastisement whose hastening you have been asking for, maybe a part of it has drawn quite near to you." 72 Verily your Lord is gracious to men, though most men are ungrateful. 73 And indeed your Lord knows what is hidden in their bosoms, and what they disclose. 74 And not a thing is there hidden in heaven and earth but it is in a Manifest Book. 75 Indeed this Qur’an narrates to the Descendants of Israel most of the matters in which they differ. 76 It is a guidance and a mercy to believers. 77 Surely, by His Judgement, your Lord will decide between them. He is the Mighty, the Knower. 78 Therefore rely on Allah; you are indeed upon the clear Truth. 79 Indeed the dead* do not listen to your call nor do the deaf* listen to your call, when they flee turning back. (The dead and deaf implies the disbelievers.) 80 Nor canst thou lead the blind out of their error. Thou canst make none hear save these who believe in Our signs and who have submitted themselves. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to be fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth speaking unto them, that the people have not of Our signs been convinced. 82
