Say, [O Muhammad], "I only invoke my Lord and do not associate with Him anyone." 20 Say thou: verily I own not for you power of hurt nor of benefit 21 Say, "No one can protect me from God, nor can I find any place of refuge but with him. 22 Unless I convey from God and deliver His message." For those who disobey God and His Apostle is the fire of Hell, where they will abide for ever; 23 When they see that which they were promised they shall know who is weaker in helpers and fewer in numbers. 24 Say: I do not know whether that with which you are threatened be nigh or whether my Lord will appoint for it a term: 25 Knower He of the Unseen, and He discloses not His Unseen to anyone, 26 Except to His chosen Noble Messengers – so He appoints guards in front and behind him. (Allah gave the knowledge of the hidden to the Holy Prophet – peace and blessings be upon him.) 27 That he may know that they have conveyed the messages of their Lord; and He has encompassed whatever is with them and has enumerated all things in number. 28
