Indeed, We gave Moses the Book; so he not in doubt concerning the encounter with him; and We appointed it for a guidance to the Children of Israel. 23 We appointed leaders from among them, guiding by Our command when they were steadfast and when they had firm faith in Our signs. 24 Surely your Lord will judge among them on the Day of Resurrection concerning the matters about which the Children of Israel used to differ. 25 Has it not become clear to them how many generations We destroyed before them, [as] they walk among their dwellings? Indeed in that are signs; then do they not hear? 26 Are they not aware that it is We who drive the rain onto dry land devoid of herbage, and thereby bring forth herbage of which their cattle and they themselves do eat? Can they not, then, see [the truth of resurrection]? 27 And they say: When will this judgment take place, If you are truthful? 28 Say (unto them): On the day of the victory the faith of those who disbelieve (and who then will believe) will not avail them, neither will they be reprieved. 29 So turn away from them and wait. Indeed, they are waiting. 30
