The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 then raise sparks of fire (by their hoofs), 2 And by oath of those who raid at dawn. 3 blazing a trail of dust, 4 Arriving thereby in the center collectively, 5 Surely Man is ungrateful to his Lord, 6 and to this, behold, he [himself] bears witness indeed: 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Is he not aware that when whatever lies (buried) in the graves is overthrown; 9 And that which is (locked up) in (human) breasts is made manifest- 10 Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. 11
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat). Sent down in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
