Do you not see that We have appointed devils to incite those who deny the truth to disobedience? 83 So make no haste against them (O Muhammad). We do but number unto them a sum (of days). 84 On the Day of Judgment, when the pious people will be brought into the presence of the Beneficent God as the guests of honor 85 And drive the guilty unto hell, a weary herd, 86 None will have [power of] intercession except he who had taken from the Most Merciful a covenant. 87 And the disbelievers said, “The Most Gracious has chosen an offspring.” 88 You have indeed brought an extremely grave speech! 89 At it the skies are ready to burst, the earth to split asunder, and the mountains to fall down in utter ruin, 90 because they have ascribed a son to the Merciful. 91 It does not befit the Most Compassionate Lord that He should take a son. 92 there is none in the heavens or on the earth but shall return to the Merciful in utter submission, 93 Assuredly He hath comprehended them and counted them a full counting. 94 Every one of them will come before Him all alone on the Day of Resurrection. 95 The Lord of Mercy will bestow affection upon those who believe and perform righteous deeds. 96 So We have made this (the Quran) easy in your own tongue (O Muhammad SAW), only that you may give glad tidings to the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2), and warn with it the Ludda (most quarrelsome) people. 97 And how many a generation before them have We destroyed! Canst thou (Muhammad) see a single man of them, or hear from them the slightest sound? 98
