Are ye the harder to create, or is the heaven that He built? 27 On high hath He raised its canopy, and He hath given it order and perfection. 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 And the earth He extended after that; 30 And produced therefrom the water thereof and the pasture thereof, 31 And the mountains He set firmly 32 A provision for you and your cattle. 33 But when the great calamity will come about 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 And prefers the life of this world, 38 hell will be their dwelling. 39 But he who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained his self from vain desires, 40 Verily the Garden! that shall be his resort. 41 They will question you about the Hour: 'When shall it be' 42 Wherein art thou concerned with the declaration thereof! 43 With thy Lord is the Limit fixed therefore. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the Day whereon they behold it, it will appear to them as though they had not tarried save an evening or the morn thereof. 46
