Aaron had already told them, "O my people! You are only being tested by this. Your Lord is the All Merciful, so follow me and obey my command." 90 [But] they answered: "By no means shall we cease to worship it until Moses comes back to us!" 91 Moses said to Aaron, "What prevented you, when you saw that they had gone astray, 92 That thou followedst me not! Hast thou disobeyed my command? 93 (Aaron) replied: "O son of my mother! Seize (me) not by my beard nor by (the hair of) my head! Truly I feared lest thou shouldst say, 'Thou has caused a division among the children of Israel, and thou didst not respect my word!'" 94 Moses asked, "Samiri, what were your motives?" 95 (Samiri) said: "I saw what they saw not, so I took a handful (of dust) from the hoof print of the messenger [Jibrael's (Gabriel) horse] and threw it [into the fire in which were put the ornaments of the Fir'aun's (Pharaoh) people, or into the calf]. Thus my inner-self suggested to me." 96 He said: Begone then, surely for you it will be in this life to say, Touch (me) not; and surely there is a threat for you, which shall not be made to fail to you, and look at your god to whose worship you kept (so long); we will certainly burn it, then we will certainly scatter it a (wide) scattering in the sea. 97 Your God is only the One God; there is no god, but He alone who in His knowledge embraces everything.' 98 And so We narrate to you the stories of the past, and We have given you a remembrance from Us. 99 Whosoever turnoth away therefrom - verily they shall bear on the Day of Judgment a burthen, 100 they will abide in this [state,] and grievous for them will be the weight [of that burden] on the Day of Resurrection 101 The Day whereon the trumpet will be blown into, and We shall gather the culprits on that Day blear-eyed, 102 In whispers will they speak to each other (saying): "You stayed not longer than ten (days)." 103 We know best what they say, when the fairest of them in course would say: You tarried but a day. 104

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
