And they ask you concerning the mountains, say; "My Lord will blast them and scatter them as particles of dust. 105 And He will leave the earth a level plain; 106 that you will see no depression or elevation in it". 107 On that Day, they will follow the Summoner, who is not crooked, their voices hushed before the Merciful, and you shall hear nothing except a murmuring. 108 On that day no one's intercession will be of any benefit unless he has received permission from the Beneficent God and whose word is acceptable to Him. 109 He knows what (appears to His creatures as) before or after or behind them: but they shall not compass it with their knowledge. 110 ۞ And [on that Day] all faces will be humbled before the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsistent Fount of All Being; and undone shall be he who bears [a burden of] evildoing 111 But he who has done good things and believes, will have no fear of either being wronged or deprived. 112 Thus we have revealed it as a Lecture in Arabic, and have displayed therein certain threats, that peradventure they may keep from evil or that it may cause them to take heed. 113 So high exalted be God, the true King! And hasten not with the Koran ere its revelation is accomplished unto thee; and say, 'O my Lord, increase me in knowledge.' 114 And indeed We made a covenant with Adam before, but he forgot, and We found on his part no firm will-power. 115
