3/4 Hizb 45
< random >
And Nuh did certainly call upon Us, and most excellent answerer of prayer are We. 75 And We delivered him and his people from the great affliction. 76 and caused his offspring to endure [on earth]; 77 And left for him (a goodly remembrance) among generations to come in later times: 78 Peace be upon Noah among all the peoples! 79 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 80 he was one of Our believing worshipers. 81 Then We drowned the others 82 ۞ Abraham was of the same faith: 83 He turned to his Lord with a sound heart 84 When he said to his father and to his people: "What is it that which you worship? 85 Do you want to worship false idols as your lords besides God? 86 “So what do you assume regarding the Lord Of The Creation?” (That He will not punish you?) 87 He then shot a glance at the stars. 88 And said: "I am sick (of what you worship)!" 89 But they turned their backs and went away from him. 90 Then did he turn to their gods and said, "will ye not eat (of the offerings before you)?... 91 Why do you not speak?" 92 And he turned upon them a blow with [his] right hand. 93 Then the people came toward him, hastening. 94 He said, "Do you worship that which you [yourselves] carve, 95 “Whereas Allah has created you and your actions?” 96 They said: Build for him a building and fling him in the red-hotfire. 97 They plotted against him, but We brought humiliation upon them. 98 And [Abraham] said: "Verily, I shall [leave this land and] go wherever my Sustainer will guide me!" 99 My Lord, grant me [a child] from among the righteous." 100 And We gave him the glad tidings of a very gentle son (Ishmael). 101 And when he reached the age of traveling with him, he said: 'My son, while I was sleeping I saw that I shall slaughter (sacrifice) you, tell me what is your opinion' He replied: 'Father, do as you are ordered (by Allah). Allah willing, you shall find me one of those who are steadfast' 102 So when they both submitted and he threw him down upon his forehead, 103 And We called out to him, “O Ibrahim!” 104 Thou hast already fulfilled the vision. Lo! thus do We reward the good. 105 For this was obviously a trial- 106 So We ransomed him for a great sacrifice, 107 And We left for him (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times. 108 'Peace be upon Abraham' 109 Thus do We reward the good. 110 truly, he was one of Our faithful servants. 111 And we gave him tidings of the birth of Isaac, a prophet of the righteous. 112 and We blessed him and Isaac, and from their offspring are some gooddoers, and others who clearly wronged themselves. 113

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
