And indeed We have created man, and We know what his ownself whispers to him. And We are nearer to him than his jugular vein (by Our Knowledge). 16 (Remember!) that the two receivers (recording angels) receive (each human being after he or she has attained the age of puberty), one sitting on the right and one on the left (to note his or her actions). 17 The human being will certainly experience the agony of death 18 And death's agony comes in truth; that is what thou wast shunning! 19 And the trumpet shall be blown; that is the day of the threatening. 20 Every soul will be accompanied (by an angel) behind him and another as a witness. 21 (It will be said to the sinners): "Indeed you were heedless of this, now We have removed your covering, and sharp is your sight this Day!" 22 And his Companion will say: "Here is (his Record) ready with me!" 23 "Cast each stubborn unbeliever into Hell," (they will be told), 24 Forbidder of good, exceeder of limits, doubter, 25 who set up with God another god; therefore, you twain, cast him into the terrible chastisement.' 26 ۞ His companion said: “I did not incite him to rebel; he was far gone into error of his own accord.” 27 He shall say, 'Dispute not before Me! For I sent you beforehand -- the threat. 28 My word shall not be changed, nor am I in the least unjust to the servants. 29
