The people of Nuh rejected the apostles. 105 span class="col">Their brother Noah asked them, "Why do you not fear God? 106 I am for you an honest Messenger, 107 "So fear Allah, and obey me. 108 For this I ask of you no wage, for my wage falls only on the Lord of the Worlds. 109 Have fear of God and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: Shall we believe in you while the meanest follow you? 111 Noah said: "What knowledge do I have about their deeds? 112 Their reckoning is upon my Lord, if ye but knew. 113 It is not for me to repel those who choose to believe. 114 "I am sent only to warn plainly in public." 115 They said, "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will surely be of those who are stoned." 116 He said, 'My Lord, my people have cried me lies, 117 Judge among us and save me and the believers with me". 118 We saved him and those who were with him in a fully laden Ark, 119 Then We drowned the rest thereafter. 120 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them were not believers. 121 But surely your Lord is mighty and merciful. 122
