۞ I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 That (this) is indeed an honourable recital (the Noble Quran). 77 (Inscribed) in the well-kept Book. 78 which none can touch except the purified. 79 a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 80 Is it this discourse that ye hold lightly? 81 And you make its denial your share? 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 the while you are helplessly watching that he is on the verge of death, 84 And We are nearer to it than you, but you do not see-- 85 So why is it not, that if you are not to be repaid, – 86 why can you not bring it (the soul) back (to life)? 87 Then if the dying one is of those having proximity, – 88 There will be peace and plenty, and gardens of tranquility for him. 89 And if he was of the companions of the right, 90 [he, too, will be welcomed into paradise with the words,] "Peace be unto thee [that art] of those who have attained to righteousness!" 91 And if he is one of those who give the lie (to this Message) and go astray, 92 Then for him is entertainment with boiling water. 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 This is indeed the ultimate truth. 95 Therefore glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 96
