Al-Baqarah 5 of 40

O Children of Israel! call to mind the (special) favour which I bestowed upon you, and fulfil your covenant with Me as I fulfil My Covenant with you, and fear none but Me. 40 Believe in that which I have [now] bestowed from on high, confirming the truth already in your possession, and be not foremost among those who deny its truth; and do not barter away My messages for a trifling gain; and of Me, of Me be conscious 41 Confound not truth with falsehood, nor knowingly conceal the truth. 42 And establish prayer and give zakah and bow with those who bow [in worship and obedience]. 43 ۞ Command ye mankind to piety and forget yourselves, the while ye read the Book! Understand then ye not! 44 And seek assistance through patience and prayer, and most surely it is a hard thing except for the humble ones, 45 Who know that they will have to meet their Lord, and that unto Him they are returning. 46
