And indeed We created towers in the skies, and beautified it for the beholders. 16 and have protected them against every accursed satan 17 Save him who stealeth the hearing, and him there followeth a flame gleaming. 18 And the earth! We have stretched it out and have cast thereon mountains firm, and We have caused to spring up thereon everything weighed. 19 and there appointed for you livelihood, and for those you provide not for. 20 And there is not of aught but with Us are the treasures thereof, and We send it not down save in a measure known 21 And We send the winds fertilizing (to fill heavily the clouds with water), then caused the water (rain) to descend from the sky, and We gave it to you to drink, and it is not you who are the owners of its stores [i.e. to give water to whom you like or to withhold it from whom you like]. 22 It is indeed We Who grant life and cause death and it is We who shall be the sole Inheritors of all. 23 And certainly We know those of you who have gone before and We certainly know those who shall come later. 24 Your Lord will surely gather them together: Certainly He is all-wise and all-knowing. 25
