The Bee (Al-nahl)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ (Inevitable) cometh (to pass) the Command of Allah: seek ye not then to hasten it: Glory to Him, and far is He above having the partners they ascribe unto Him! 1 He sends down the angels with inspiration of His Command to whom of His slaves He pleases (saying): "Warn mankind that La ilaha illa Ana (none has the right to be worshipped but I), so fear Me (by abstaining from sins and evil deeds). 2 He created the heavens and earth in truth. High is He above what they associate with Him. 3 He has created man from Nutfah (mixed drops of male and female sexual discharge), then behold, this same (man) becomes an open opponent. 4 And He created cattle; in them are warm clothing and uses for you, and you eat from them. 5 how pleasant they look when you bring them home in the evenings and when you take them out to pasture in the mornings. 6 And they carry your loads to [many] a place which [otherwise] you would be unable to reach without great hardship to yourselves. Verily, your Sustainer is most compassionate, a dispenser of grace! 7 And (He has created) horses, mules, and donkeys, for you to ride and use for show; and He has created (other) things of which ye have no knowledge. 8 God's it is to show the way; and some do swerve from it. If He willed, He would have guided you all together. 9
