And We did certainly confer favor upon Moses and Aaron. 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 And helped them so that they became the victors. 116 And We gave them the explicit Scripture, 117 and showed them the Straight Way, 118 and perpetuated their praise in later generations. 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 This is how We reward the virtuous. 121 truly they were among Our faithful servants. 122 And indeed, Elias was from among the messengers, 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 They called him a liar. Thus, all of them will suffer torment 127 Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them). 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 Peace be with the followers of Elias. 130 In this way do We reward the righteous ones. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 When We saved him and his household, every one, 134 except for an old woman who stayed behind, 135 Then We destroyed the rest [i.e. the towns of Sodom at the place of the Dead Sea (now) in Palestine].
