Prostration

So did you observe him who turned away? 33 and gives so little [of himself for the good of his soul,] and so grudgingly? 34 Does he have knowledge of the unseen, so he sees? 35 Did not the news reach him, of that which is mentioned in the Books of Moosa? 36 And of Ibrahim, who was most obedient? 37 That no bearer of burden shall bear the burden of another- 38 and that man shall have nothing but what he has striven for, 39 That his endeavours will be judged, 40 whereupon he shall be requited for it with the fullest requital; 41 And that the end is only towards your Lord? 42 It is He who causes laughter and weeping. 43 And that it is He (Allah) Who causes death and gives life; 44 and that He Himself created the two sexes: male and female, 45 From Nutfah (drops of semen male and female discharges) when it is emitted; 46 That He hath promised a Second Creation (Raising of the Dead); 47 And that He it is Who enriches and gives to hold; 48 And that it is He Who is the Lord of Sirius. 49 And that it is He (Allah) Who destroyed the former 'Ad (people), 50 and Thamood, and He did not spare them, 51 And the people of Noah before. Indeed, it was they who were [even] more unjust and oppressing. 52 And the overthrown cities did He overthrow, 53 so that there came upon them that which came. 54 Which of your Lord's benefits will you then dispute about? 55 This is a warner of the warners of old. 56 The threatened Hour is nigh. 57 No one besides God can rescue a soul from hardship. 58 Do you then marvel at this discourse, 59 Or do you laugh, and do you not weep 60 Wasting your time in vanities? 61 So fall you down in prostration to Allah, and worship Him (Alone). ۩ 62
True are the words of God the Almighty.
