Al-Rahman 2 of 3
For everything on the earth is extinction. 26 only the Person of your Lord, full of majesty and splendour, will endure. 27 So which of the wonders of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 28 Everyone in the heavens and on the earth entreats Him. Every day He manifests Himself in a new state. 29 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 30 We shall attend to you, O you two classes (jinns and men)! 31 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 32 O company of jinn and men, if ye have power to penetrate (all) regions of the heavens and the earth, then penetrate (them)! Ye will never penetrate them save with (Our) sanction. 33 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 34 Flames of smokeless fire and black smoke without flames, will be let loose on you, so you will not be able to retaliate. 35 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 36 And when the heaven is rent asunder, and then becomes red like red hide. 37 Which of the favours of your Lord will you then deny? 38 Then on that Day none will be asked about his sin among men or jinn. 39 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 40 The culprits shall be known by their marks, and shall be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 42 This is Gehenna, that sinners cried lies to; 43 They go circling round between it and fierce, boiling water. 44 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 45
