He told Jesus, "I will save you from your enemies, raise you to Myself, keep you clean from the association with the disbelievers, and give superiority to your followers over the unbelievers until the Day of Judgment. On that day you will all return to Me and I shall resolve your dispute. 55 "And as for those who are bent on denying the truth, I shall cause them to suffer a suffering severe in this world and in the life to come, and they shall have none to succour them; 56 But those who believe and do good deeds shall be given their recompense in full; but God does not love the unjust. 57 This We recite to you of the communications and the wise reminder. 58 Truly, the likeness of Jesus, in God's sight, is as Adam's likeness; He created him of dust, then said He unto him, 'Be,' and he was. 59 (Muhammad, the essence of) the Truth is from your Lord. Never have any doubt about it. 60 Then whoever argues with you about it after [this] knowledge has come to you - say, "Come, let us call our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves, then supplicate earnestly [together] and invoke the curse of Allah upon the liars [among us]." 61 This is the true story. There is no god but God, and assuredly God is the All-mighty, the All-wise. 62 If they turn away (from the Truth, let it be known that) God knows well the evil-doers. 63
