▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ But nay! I swear by the falling of stars; 75 And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,- 76 that this is indeed a noble Quran, 77 in a Book protected (from tampering) 78 Only they can reach it who are clean (of mind). 79 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 80 So is this the matter regarding which you laze? 81 Do you make its denial your means of livelihood? 82 Then why, when the soul at death reaches the throat 83 the while you are [helplessly] looking on 84 and while We are closer to him than you, although you see [Us] not: 85 Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, 86 do you not restore his soul, if you are truthful? 87 (If a dying soul) is of those near to God, 88 there shall be repose and ease, and a Garden of Delight; 89 If it is of the people of the right hand, 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 But if he is of the deniers and the errants, 92 For him is Entertainment with Boiling Water. 93 And burning in Hell-fire. 94 This is indeed the indubitable truth. 95 Therefore (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) proclaim the Purity of the name of your Lord, the Greatest. 96
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
