۞ I swear by the setting of the stars 75 And verily, that is indeed a great oath, if you but know. 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 preserved in a hidden Book which 78 Which (that Book with Allah) none can touch but the purified (i.e. the angels). 79 A Revelation (this Quran) from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 80 Then why do you dissimulate this Revelation? 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Why, but when the soul leaps to the throat of the dying 83 And you wait for the moment (of death), 84 (And We are nigher him than you, but you do not see Us) 85 Then why is it not-- if you are not held under authority-- 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 Then, if he be of those brought nigh the Throne, 88 then for him there shall be comfort and plenty and a Garden of Bliss; 89 And if he is one of the People on the Right, 90 Then upon you is the greetings of peace (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), from those on the right. 91 But if he was of the deniers [who were] astray, 92 For him is Entertainment with Boiling Water. 93 And burning in Hell-Fire. 94 That indeed is the absolute truth. 95 Therefore glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 96
