Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Hast thou seen him who cries lies to the Doom? 1 Such is the one who repulses the orphans away, 2 and who does not urge the feeding of the poor? 3 Woe to those who pray, 4 who become confused during their prayers, 5 Those who make show [of their deeds] 6 And who withholds even common necessaries. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
