۞ Say to them, (O Prophet): “I give you but one counsel: stand up (for heaven's sake), singly and in pairs, and then think: what is it in your companion (to wit, Muhammad) that could be deemed as madness?” He is nothing but a warner, warning you before the coming of a grevious chastisement. 46 Say: "No reward do I ask of you: it is (all) in your interest: my reward is only due from Allah: And He is witness to all things." 47 Say: Surely my Lord utters the truth, the great Knower of the unseen. 48 Say, "The truth has come, and falsehood can neither begin [anything] nor repeat [it]." 49 Say: "If I am in error it is to my own loss; if I am on guidance that is so because of what my Lord reveals to me. He is all-hearing and all-too-near." 50 IF THOU couldst but see [how the deniers of the truth will fare on Resurrection Day,] when they will shrink in terror, with nowhere to escape - since they will have been seized from so close nearby 51 They will say: "We believe in it." How could they reach it from a place of no return? 52 And they disbelieved in it before, and they utter conjectures with regard to the unseen from a distant place. 53 A barrier shall be raised between them and what they desired, as was done with their partisans before. They too were filled with disquieting doubt. 54
