And whose speech is better than one who calls towards his Lord and does righteous deeds, and says, “I am a Muslim.”? 33 Good and evil deeds are not equal. Repel with that which is most just, and see, the one whom there is enmity between you will be as if he were a loyal guide. 34 And none are made to receive it but those who are patient, and none are made to receive it but those who have a mighty good fortune. 35 If a provocation from Satan should provoke thee, seek refuge in God; He is the All-hearing, the All-knowing. 36 And of His signs are the night and the day and the sun and the moon. So prostrate not yourselves unto the sun nor the moon, but prostrate yourselves unto Allah who hath created them, if it is He alone whom ye are worshipping. 37 And though some be too proud [to listen to this call,] they who [in their hearts] are with thy Sustainer extol His limitless glory by night and by day, and never grow weary [thereof]. ۩ 38 It is among His signs that the earth you see all barren and desolate begins to stir and sprout when We send down rain upon it. Surely He who gives it life will also give life to the dead. Indeed He has power over everything. 39 Verily, those who turn away from Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc. by attacking, distorting and denying them), are not hidden from Us. Is he who is cast into the Fire better or he who comes secure on the Day of Resurrection? Do what you will. Verily! He is All-Seer of what you do (this is a severe threat to the disbelievers). 40 These are the ones who rejected the Good Counsel when it came to them, although it is certainly a Mighty Book. 41 Falsehood cannot come at it from before it or from behind it. (It is) a revelation from the Wise, the Owner of Praise. 42 Nothing is said to you which had not been said to other apostles before you. Surely your Lord is the lord of forgiveness, but also the lord of severe retribution. 43 And if We had made it a non-Arabic Qur'an, they would have said, "Why are its verses not explained in detail [in our language]? Is it a foreign [recitation] and an Arab [messenger]?" Say, "It is, for those who believe, a guidance and cure." And those who do not believe - in their ears is deafness, and it is upon them blindness. Those are being called from a distant place. 44
