▼ 54 The Moon
Al-Qamar 3 of 3
And there certainly came to the people of Pharaoh warning. 41 but they rejected all Our miracles. So We seized them in the way that a Majestic and All-powerful One would. 42 Are your disbelievers better than those [former ones], or have you immunity in the scripture? 43 Or do they say, "We are an assembly supporting [each other]"? 44 Certainly the host shall be routed, and turn their backs. 45 Aye! the Hour is their appointed term, and the Hour shall be far more grievous and far more bitter. 46 Verily the culprits shall be in great error and madness. 47 On the Day when they shall be dragged into the fire on their faces, [they will be told:] "Taste now the touch of hell-fire!" 48 BEHOLD, everything have We created in due measure and proportion; 49 And Our Command is but a single (Act),- like the twinkling of an eye. 50 And We have indeed destroyed your kind, so is there one who would ponder? 51 And all what they did is in the Books. 52 And every small and great thing is recorded. 53 Verily the God-fearing will be in Gardens and among rivers. 54 in the seat of truth with an all-powerful sovereign. 55
