He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ The Prophet frowned and turned away 1 because the blind man approached him! 2 Yet for all thou didst know, [O Muhammad,] he might perhaps have grown in purity, 3 or have been reminded [of the truth,] and helped by this reminder. 4 Now he who waxes indifferent, 5 you eagerly attended to him -- 6 What does it matter to you if he will not become pure (from disbelief, you are only a Messenger, your duty is to convey the Message of Allah). 7 But as to him who came to thee striving earnestly, 8 and in awe [of God] 9 Of him wast thou unmindful. 10 Nay, (do not do like this), indeed it (these Verses of this Quran) are an admonition, 11 So whoever wills, let him pay attention to it. 12 It is contained in scrolls highly honoured, 13 Exalted, purified, 14 In the hands of scribes (angels). 15 noble and virtuous scribes. 16 Woe to man! How ungrateful he is! 17 From what thing doth He create him? 18 From a sperm-drop He created him and destined for him; 19 Then (as for) the way-- He has made it easy (for him) 20 Then He caused him to die and be buried 21 Then, when He willed, He brought him out. (As during the night of Holy Prophet’s ascension, when all the Prophets gathered behind him in the Al Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem. Or when Allah will raise everyone on the Day of Resurrection.) 22 No indeed! Man has not accomplished His bidding. 23 Let man therefore consider (the sources of) his food. 24 [how it is] that We pour down water, pouring it down abundantly; 25 and split the earth, splitting, 26 and thereupon We cause grain to grow out of it, 27 And grapes and green fodder 28 and olive trees and date palms 29 And enclosed Gardens, dense with lofty trees, 30 and fruits and herbage, 31 For use and convenience to you and your cattle. 32 But, when the Blast comes, 33 upon the day when a man shall flee from his brother, 34 And his mother and his father, 35 wife and sons, 36 For every one of them on that Day shall be business enough to occupy 37 Some faces on that Day shall be beaming with happiness, 38 Laughing, joyous. 39 And (many) faces on that day, on them shall be dust, 40 with darkness overspread: 41 those will be ones who denied the truth and were immersed in iniquity. 42
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: He Frowned ('Abasa). Sent down in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)

Notes and Instructions
توجد تمارين تحفيظ للوضعين العربي الأصلي والعربي المخطوط بأحرف إنجليزية فقط. ولا تحتوي الترجمة الإنجليزية على تمارين حفظ.
There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
