The Fig (Al-Teen)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
I swear by the fig and the olive, 1 By Mount Sinai, 2 And this city made secure, 3 Verily, We create man in the best conformation; 4 We then turned him towards all the lowest of the low states. 5 except for those who believe and do good deeds -- theirs shall be an unending reward! 6 So, what then shall belie you concerning the Recompense? 7 Is God not the best of the Judges? 8
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
