Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Have you considered him who calls the judgment a lie? 1 That is the one who treats the orphan with harshness, 2 and feels no urge to feed the needy. 3 Woe, then, to those who pray, 4 who are heedless of their prayers (delaying them from their prescribed times), 5 Who would be seen (at worship) 6 And withhold [simple] assistance. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
