The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
The terrible calamity! 1 What is the crash? 2 And what will explain to thee what the (Day) of Noise and Clamour is? 3 It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed, 4 The mountains like the tufts of carded wool. 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 He is therefore in the desired bliss. 7 but he whose weight is light in the Scale, 8 will have hawiyah as their dwelling. 9 And what will make you know what it is? 10 (It is) a Fire which is extremely hot. 11
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
