Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Do you think that it is harder to create you or the heavens? Allah has created it. 27 He lifted up its vault, and levelled it, 28 And He made its night dark, and started its light. 29 and thereafter spread out the earth, 30 and brought out of it its water and its pasture, 31 And the mountains He set firm 32 As provision for you and your grazing livestock. 33 Therefore, when there comes the great, overwhelming (Event),- 34 The Day when man will remember that for which he strove, 35 and Hell is there for all to see, 36 Then he who had been rebellious 37 and preferred the life of this world [to the good of his soul,] 38 Then surely the hell, that is the abode. 39 But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust, 40 surely Paradise shall be the refuge. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 In what [position] are you that you should mention it? 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 Thou art but a Warner for such as fear it. 45 The day when they will see it, it will seem as if they had not stayed on earth except for an evening or its morning. 46
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
