۞ If a wrong-doer had all that is in the earth he would surely offer it to ransom himself. When the wrong-doers perceive the chastisement, they will feel intense remorse in their hearts. But a judgement shall be made with full justice about them. They shall not be wronged. 54 All that is in the heavens and the earth certainly belongs to God and His promise is true, but many people do not know this. 55 He it is Who gives life and causes death, and to Him shall you all be returned. 56 O mankind! There has come to you a good advice from your Lord (i.e. the Quran, ordering all that is good and forbidding all that is evil), and a healing for that (disease of ignorance, doubt, hypocrisy and differences, etc.) in your breasts, - a guidance and a mercy (explaining lawful and unlawful things, etc.) for the believers. 57 Say: 'In the bounty of God, and His mercy -- in that let them rejoice; it is better than that they amass. 58 Say: 'Have you considered the provision God has sent down for you, and you have made some of it unlawful, and some lawful?' Say: 'Has God given you leave, or do you forge against God?' 59 Think how those who invent lies against Him will be treated on the Day of Judgement? Allah is bountiful to men yet most of them do not give thanks. 60
