And indeed We saved the Children of Israel from the humiliating torment, 30 from Pharaoh; surely he was a high One, of the prodigals; 31 And We chose them, purposely, above (all) creatures. 32 And granted them signs in which there was a plain trial. 33 Even then they say: 34 "There is nothing but our first death, and we shall not be resurrected. 35 Bring us our fathers, if you speak truly!' 36 Are they better than the people of Tubba' and those who came before them? We destroyed them, because they were guilty of sin. 37 And We did not create the heavens and the earth and what is between them in sport. 38 We did not create them both but with the truth, but most of them do not know. 39 The Day of Judgement is your promised day of meeting, 40 On that Day no cousin shall help his cousin and they shall not be helped 41 Except those [believers] on whom Allah has mercy. Indeed, He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 42
