The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 and when the earth brings forth its burdens 2 And man cries (distressed): 'What is the matter with her?'- 3 That Day, it will report its news 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 Then whosoever hath worked good of an atom's weight shall behold it 7 and whoso has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8
True are the words of God the Almighty.
