۞ And We revealed to Musa, saying: Go away with My servants travelling by night, surely you will be pursued. 52 And Pharaoh sent forth heralds to all the cities. 53 Verily these are but a band small. 54 and they have enraged us, 55 seeing that we are, verily, a nation united, fully prepared against danger 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 and their treasures and excellent dwellings. 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 And so [the Egyptians] caught up with them at sunrise; 60 When the two groups came close to each other, the companions of Moses said, "We will be caught". 61 Moses said: "Certainly not. My Lord is with me; He will direct me." 62 Then We revealed unto Musa, saying: smite thou the sea with thy staff. So it became separated, and each part was like unto a cliff mighty. 63 And We brought near, there, the others. 64 We delivered Moses and every one with him, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Verily herein is a sign; but most of them are not believers. 67 And lo, thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
