The Embryo (Al-Alaq)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Read in the name of your Lord Who created. 1 created man from a clot of congealed blood. 2 Recite! Your Lord is the most Honorable One, 3 Who taught by the pen, 4 taught man what he did not know! 5 Nay, but verily man is rebellious 6 In that he looketh upon himself as self-sufficient. 7 Verily unto thy Lord is the return. 8 Have you seen one who prevents 9 A votary when he (turns) to pray? 10 Tell me, if he (Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) is on the guidance (of Allah)? 11 Or enjoineth piety? 12 What thinkest thou? If he cries lies, and turns away - 13 Does he not realize that God sees him? 14 By no means! If he desist not We shall seize and deal him by the forelock 15 A lying, sinful forelock! 16 Then let him call his associates; 17 We, will call the Zabania (the harsh angels of Hell). 18 Yes indeed; do not listen to him – and prostrate, and become close to Us. (Command of Prostration # 14) ۩ 19
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
