Al-Anbyaa' 7 of 7
Then whoso doeth some good works and is a believer, there will be no rejection of his effort. Lo! We record (it) for him. 94 There is a ban upon any city that We have destroyed; they shall not return 95 Until, when Gog and Magog are let loose, and they hasten out of every mound, 96 And the true promise shall draw nigh, then lo! the eyes of those who disbelieved shall be fixedly open: O woe to us! surely we were in a state of heedlessness as to this; nay, we were unjust. 97 [Then they will be told:] "Verily, you and all that you [were wont to] worship instead of God are but the fuel of hell: that is what you are destined for. 98 “Had these been Gods they would not go into hell; and they have to remain in it.” 99 Therein wailing is their portion, and therein they hear not. 100 But those to whom We have already promised blessings will be far away from hell. 101 Not the slightest sound will they hear of Hell: what their souls desired, in that will they dwell. 102 The greatest terror shall not grieve them, and the angels will receive them: 'This is the Day you have been promised' 103 And (remember) the Day when We shall roll up the heavens like a scroll rolled up for books, as We began the first creation, We shall repeat it, (it is) a promise binding upon Us. Truly, We shall do it. 104 We had prescribed in the Book of Psalms after the reminder and admonition, that those of Our creatures who are good will in the end rule the earth. 105 Verily in this is a preaching for a people who are worshippers. 106 We have sent you forth as nothing but mercy to people of the whole world. 107 Say: 'It is revealed unto me only that your God is One God; do you then surrender?' 108 If they turn away, say, "I have warned you all alike, though I do not know whether [the scourge] which you are promised is near at hand or far off. 109 He knows your spoken words and what you hide. 110 I think that this [reprieve] is possibly a trial for you, an opportunity to enjoy yourselves until an appointed time." 111 He also said, "Lord, judge (us) with Truth. Our Lord is the Beneficent One whose help I ask against the blasphemies you say about Him". 112

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
